WARRANTIES POLICY-- Products manufactured and sold by Roto-Fab are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. If a part is defective Roto-fab, LLC will, at it's own discretion, repair or replace the defective part. Roto-fab, LLC is responsible only for the actual repair or replacement of any part found to be defective. Products such as air filter elements carry a separate manufacturers warranty that may differ from Roto-fab warranty policies. Please refer to the information provided by the specific manufacturer.

EMISSIONS--Roto-Fab is not responsible for parts not being smog-legal in your state. Many parts are not legal for sale or use in California, or on any pollution controlled vehicle. It is your responsibility to be aware of your local emissions laws and checking for legality of any parts purchased.
